1. Your product CSV
The file you are about to import (CSV, or an Excel sheet you will save as CSV). Shopify's own export, a supplier file or a spreadsheet you edited.
Optional: your current store export (Products › Export › CSV). The checker compares it with your file and lists every variant that would disappear and every value that would be erased.

Frequently asked questions
Why did my Shopify import delete variants?
With "Overwrite products with matching handles" ticked, Shopify replaces each matching product with what the file says. Missing Option1 columns create a new default variant and delete the existing ones, and blank cells erase store values. Add your store export to see exactly which variants and values are affected.
Which column names does it accept?
Both the older headers (Handle, Variant SKU, Image Src) and the current ones (URL handle, SKU, Product image URL). Misspelled headers are reported, and the spelling can be fixed in the downloaded file.
What does the fixed file change?
Only the fixes you tick: header spelling, encoding, handles, price and number formats, true/false values, default option values, SEO lengths, duplicate image rows, row order. Problems that need your decision, such as a negative price, stay in the report.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The CSV and the store export are parsed in your browser and sent to no server, which matters for supplier prices and cost per item. Independent tool, not affiliated with Shopify.
What do I pay for?
The full report is shown on screen before you pay. The fixed CSV and the Excel report cost $4.99 for 24 hours of access or
