1. Service
Store Paperwork (storepaperwork.com) provides single-purpose tools that process your files entirely in your browser. The on-screen preview of the result is free. Downloading the resulting file is a purchase of digital content supplied without a tangible medium. Some tools include a free usage allowance stated on their page.
2. Prices
Prices are shown on each tool page before you upload a file, and again on the payment page; the price that applies is the one displayed at checkout. As of October 2026 the usual prices are $4.99 for 24-hour access to one tool with unlimited files, and $14.99 for 30-day access. Each purchase is one-off: no subscription, no renewal, no later charge. For EU consumers, applicable VAT is included in the displayed price where the seller is VAT-registered; otherwise the seller operates under the French VAT exemption (art. 293 B CGI). 3. Order and payment
Orders are placed on Stripe's secure checkout. Accepted payment methods (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link) are shown at the start of checkout. The confirmation button states that the order implies an obligation to pay. A receipt and order confirmation are emailed to you.
4. Immediate delivery and withdrawal
Access is granted immediately after payment. By confirming the order you expressly request immediate performance before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m); French Consumer Code L221-28 13°). This request and acknowledgement are recorded at checkout and repeated in the confirmation email.
5. Access period
Access starts at payment and lasts 24 hours or 30 days. It is tied to the browser used at checkout; if you lose it early, email us with your Stripe receipt and we will restore it.
6. Conformity and limits
The tools read the files you provide as documented on each tool page. Unusual layouts, scanned documents without a text layer, files re-saved by a spreadsheet or new export formats may produce incomplete results; warnings are shown on screen and the free preview lets you check before paying. Results are a productivity aid, not accounting, legal or tax advice; you remain responsible for how you use them.
7. Refunds
If a downloaded file is unusable for a reason attributable to the tool and visible in the preview, email us within 14 days with your receipt; we reply within 7 days.
8. Privacy
See the privacy policy. Your CSV files are never transmitted to us.
